Hey im looking ot get in to modeling cars b/c im sick of doing clothing...ive done a few of my boyz trucks and i need some more...i will email u pix if u want but if u are into it give me a call 757-320-9979. where at in va are you located? im right across the border in nc (like 5 minutes from chesapeake) i may be needing some one for the cover of a dvd soon

I'll tell you one thing about doing models. No one who wants one truly knows how much work goes into them, so they generally aren't willing to pay enough to really make it worth your time. I've been building models for years and can tell you that people think paying $25-$50 is what they think it costs. Heck, the kits can be more than that if you are having to buy Tamiya's, etc.
Also, if you are into the whole modeling thing, there is a good model club down in that area devoted to auto modeling. It is the TAMS club (Tidewater Auto Modelers Society). There are some excpetional modelers down there. You can also check out the IPMS (International Plastic Modelers Society) as well. A lot of the same guys are in both clubs. In fact, TAMS should be having their yearly show any day now. I think it's in October. If you ping me, I can probably get you in touch with some of the guys. Otherwise, you can also ask at any of the hobby shops down there and they should be able to connect you with some of the club members.
