Im down to drive to Austin. oh wait im in austin. still down for austin

we need to be where we can drag it will be so much better and i dont like going to the show and then going home i love out of town show for the hotel partys maby a jager drinking cont.

Dallas: is further north but is closer to Oklahoma. Not as many houston/ austin people would show up. There would easily be 100 vehicles.

Austin: central point between Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. At least 50-75 vehicles would show up.

Houston: Further from Dallas so less Dallas people would show up but more Houston people would be there because it would be a short drive. There are much better quality rides in Houston that will be willing to go so the turnout will be bigger than the other cities. My vote is for Houston because the turnout will be bigger even though it is the furthest drive for me. It will guarantee coverage from SSM layinbody hotridesmag underground-scene and have a few of the well known shops bringing some of thier stuff out as well as raffles and door prizes.

If it catches on I'll invite more people to on of my hangout/ drag nights and make it an all day event. They usually draw around 100 people and are only at night.

i would say austin anybody that ever went the first heatwaves would remember how much fun it was, and the river is right there

austin seems to be logical b/c of central location

I agree with what been said, I think houston would be a great spot for the gathering, but Austin would be good too, central plus i like that area also. So i am up for either. I will cover it for Hotridesmag.com, No matter which location its at

Here is the update on location in Austin TX (not giving up hope on Houston)

Emma Long will allow us to reserve a spot that will hold up to 100 vehicles,(this is public park so i say screw the 100 vehicle capp) however they were very, very clear that due to past shows (No name mentioned and this is not a bash thread) and what has happend in the past they were concerned about:

I am all for Emma Long if Austin is selected (Great memories) however this is a note to all club presidents that plan on attending to keep your guys in check so that the reputation that minitruckers have doesn't screw it up for all of us.

With that said, I am a minitrucker and I know that some of this will happen. So, where ever we put this on please note that if you get yanked, harrassed or ticketed by cops; it's your fault and not the event.
