i looked on ebay and u can get a set for $68+shipping. and it says u just deflate your tires place the portawall behind the bead and then reinflate them.

I ordered a set of Portawalls today from Lucas Classic tires (http://www.lucasclassictires.com) today for the 521.14x2's, they cost me $39 + shipping. Came out to just under $52 delivered. They have 15x3's and 16x3's for $49 + ship. They fit between the rim and the tire, and they take a little work to get them centered correctly. They can get pushed out if they are not centered. But they sure look good when they're on. I've fooled a lot of rodders with them.

I've put over 3000 miles on mine before I had any problems. Of course the problem was with one, and just one, coming apart while I was running at 100mph. About 1/3 came off. Made all sorts of racket, and surprised the hell out of me. My tires are getting scuffed, curbed and chewed up all the time (I work at a const site).
So, I blame it on myself and not the product. But... if it does happen under "normal" use and driving, then I'll bite the bullet and buy a set of actual tires from Lucas or Coker (or maybe grind a set).
