I dont like either one.
Like Jey said, it would look better on a square body.
And seeing the second one in person wouldnt do it any justice to the fact that it doesnt flow at all.
The grille to the bumper and the unmatching head lights.
Reminds me of the guy that put the honda bumper on the front of his S10, he put in work. But what he created was just plain ugly.
Oh. I can appreciate the thought and work. But there is a reason they built them and not me.

ok i totally get everyones reasons. but i still think its better than seeing played out escalade conversions, even though they may "flow" better on those trucks.

I appreciate the work as well, but i damn sure would go as far to say it looks better than a escalade conversion. I know a little something about those trucks, and that absolutely in no way flows or enhances the look of the truck. Like i said, i appreciate the work, but just because you can do it doesn't mean it should be done. There are 10 maybe 20 different ways to do a original front end on those trucks that haven't even been done yet. I mean c'mon, you really think front and rear fenderwell openings that don't even come close to matching look right? I will say the swap on the extended cab looks alot better, but if your going to totally debeautify a ck why don't you go all the way and integrate rear fenderwell openings, body cladding, maybe even a ugly ass set of H2 tail lights...ohh i got it, put the bad ass tow hooks on too! I'm sure that would just be the raddest thing to some of you guys to see a H2 morphed truck draggin tow hooks! Hell, why don't some of you masterminds get together now and figure out a way to completely ruin the lines of another classic like a '59 Cadillac! i feel it coming...how bout a 'o6 Corvette nose on a '59 Caddy, it would be different,huh? My point exactly.

Hey, damn, somebody else getting hated on for trying something different. I did mine cuz I wanted too and I didn't want it to be a cadilac !!! I am glad we all have a different idea of what looks good, or otherwize everybody would want to live in my house, marry my wife and work my job. my house would be full, my wife would be real busy, but my job would be real easy.........
