cv on rx7 irs binding

ive already had to replace one and i think the other side is about to go. Is there any way to rebuild the axels with u joints on the middle? or possible use vette axels on an rx7 irs?I cant raise the irs becuase that would be way too much work. Anyone else with and rx7 irs have this problem? thanks

so its binding when you lay it out?

I used to break my CVs allot when i was fully locked just because the alignment between the diff and the swing arms was a little off. 1/4" on the diff up or down can equal and 1" or 2" on the wheel without stressin the axels.

umm i had no problem with teh drop of it binding, in fact i could make the half shaft hit the upper diff mounts. But i did half to replace the cv because of the lift, It has about 14" of lift from complete drop, the rest i had to chain cause it was pulling the shafts out. i have the 87 irs
