Escalade fender WITHOUT holes

Looking for a pair of 2000ish Escalade fenders WITHOUT holes. Anyone know if they are available. If so, where?

We carry the 99-01 Escalade fenders without cladding holes for $149.95 each, but shipping's a killer- where are you located?
