My Minitrucker thank you...

I have an entire list of people to thank for this weekend....
Sorry If I forgot your name I was a bit flustered most of the weekend and was thinking of ways to get to where I was going plus I met a lot of damn people!
First I would like to thank the guys that helped my with my dragging through my gas tank 2 hours from Carlise all trucks..
I dragged through my tank about a mile or so from exit 168 on 81S in PA I was followed by a bunch of minitruckers who flagged me down letting me know that gas was pouring out of my freshly filled tank. First person to help was Jeff vogel who I cant thank enough for lending my the money to buy a gas tank, kitty litter, and all the gas tank patching shit we could find. Then I have to thank dan for laying under my truck the best he could and patching my tank with a bondo spreader also the best he could so i could at least get to carlisle. Buddy was a huge help by bringing my back and forth to walmart and reassuring me on my way to carlisle that i wasnt leaking again. Once I got to carlisle I have pudge to thank for tracking down a perfect gas tank at a junkyard minutes from carlsile. Now I have to thank sean...he put up with all this bullshit obviously being my passenger all weekend and he was the biggest help changing the tank at 5 am in the super 8, which we werent even staying at. We were able to change out the tank in 2 hours and get back to pudges. He then was so fucking awesome when 1/4 of the way home when my trucks tranny was slipping like crazy. Chris from acro was the first on the scene when I called him and he came to the rescue with maps and ideas on how to get the fuck home. Sean then sat with me for 4 hours while I was on the phone with AAA. Then I placed a call to jeff king and he did all he could to get my a tow truck but by that time AAA figured out a way for me home. sean then drove with me 2 hours home in a tow truck. the whole time shivering because the tow truck guy apparently loves AC.
All in all this weekend made me realize why I am a minitrucker. I never once this entire weekend felt helpless. I always had someone close by ready to do anything to help me out. This to me is absolutely incredible, I can barely get any help in my home town from my friends when I need a hand. Here I am hours from home and I have literally 8 kids sitting with me in a walmart parking lot while my truck pours gas ontop the blacktop. Some of these kids had already driven 6 hours! Then I am 5 hours from home and I have again literally 12 kids who I have never met before lending a hand to change a fucking gas tank out at 5am! I couldnt of done it without anyone of them. Then on the way home when my tranny blew, I had 5 offers for rides home and 3 offers to have people store my truck for as long as I needed before I could get a tow. Fucking amazing. You guys are like family to me and I owe every single one of you a beer. I realize now I have an entire family and I really from the bottom of my heart thank ever single one of you.

You owe me a beer for reading all this. LOL. I heard you talking about the trip to the junk yard for the gas tank while I was sitting under the Acro tent sat afternoon. Glad you got home. Are you coming to Scr8pefest?
