and whats the difference in Vented and non-Vented gas caps?

Vented caps have a hole in the threads that lets air into the tank as gas is drawn out. A vent is necessary in a gas tank. Your stock tank likely has one already. Motorcycle tanks need a clean way to incorporate a vent.

And these caps should be fine in weather.

Por 15 is nice. Just wear rubber gloves and prep everything right. I brushed it on, but it smoothes itself out really well.
