i dont like the fullsize front end on the s10, he kept the body line on the fenders, but it doesnt carry on anywhere else on the truck, i think it would look better with a fleetside, and add the fullsize bodyline over the rear fender well....just my opinion......good idea....i just dont think it was executed very well...
I like the front ofthe s10 but the rear needs alot of work.. it looks goog till you get to the rear,, my 2 cents
the rear end of that s10 looks like shit, all the cracks in the fiberglass work, and the big open bottom end with the little step pad in the crack under the gate
geez man, it looks like every bump in the road he hits the back end cracks a little bit more
also, where the fender meets the doors, it's just a little too coarse of a transition, from straight curves to boxy as hell with a wider front end
the trailblazer is a boxy vehicle, that's why people only use 1 1/2 feet of the front end, not the whole thing upto the wiper cowl, it just won't blend well unless you can mate the body lines together with about a foot long feathered seam
heres an updated pic of the ram 750 as i call it lol he has been busy with other projects since last heat wave and now with opening a new shop but he did manage to get the tail lights done and shave a few more things like the body line i believe
The front end looked clean on that s10, but it didnt' flow well into the doors. Now the bed that's a whole different story, that things was fu**ed. Would have looked better I think with the straight bed instead of the stepside.
That Dakota is looking good! Is he planning on shaving the body line on the front bumper?
I'm glad he started the project before the 06 front end was out. I hate the huge headlights!!! This truck will look awesome once it's done.
not sure jance if he plans on shaving that or not lol i do know that this was a project i had in my mind since i did my 02 ram and scott has run with it and gone even further with the ideas then i had ever thought of , might take him another year or 2 to completely finish it but its going to be sick when its done, i know future plans might include ram dash door panels and seats along with ram sport mirrors and if i can do it im going to make him some badges that read RAM 750 instead of 1500
the dakota looks good. The s10 was ok, the front hung too low to me. just lloked off.

and next time I see him I will kick him in the nuts for trying to be different and failing at complete perfection.....lord knows the rest of us drive perfect rides....
p.s. he had cankles too
i personally like the Dime better then the Dakota. sick work on both trucks tho
