i have a 98 S-10 body dropped on 19s and i know the factory a/c wont work but is there any other a/c other than the hot rod a/c that you can convert over or any way to modify the stock a/c i would really appreciate the help
get one out of an import car or truck. I parted a 90 RX7 and the blower/ac/heater core is very compact. I have another friend with a salavge yard and he says he throws that kind of stuff away because almost no one needs it, so it will be very cheap.

i use a fan that clamps to the dash and plugs into a cigarette lighter hole! or roll your windows down and drive fast!

this works...but its bodydropped not just railin!!! Easiest way is to just spend the 500 bucks and buy an underdash unit from vintage air, or whoever, u can use all ur stock compressor, dryer, condenser, etc, u just need the housing and controls!!! Oh yeah ull have to have new hoses made too
Thank God I have a Mitsu. B&C is almost done with Bodydrop on 20s and still has the Factory A/C. Close but it worked. I would do the Vintage Air. They have really nice stuff. My Dad has it in his 72 Chevy.

yea... i know... i could fit a 22 in the front of mine, and he was b/d on 19s, so i wasnt sure...i was just sayin u can modify the stock... or u can do it like Lowkey and put the blower on the other side of the evaporator core near the engine... and it looks much cleaner...
i think you should just shave it and get it over with
so does anybody have any info on how to get ahold of vintage air?
