compressors or nitrgoen

im having a bit of a dilema.....i dont know if i should do compressors or do nitrogen? my truck is a daily driver and if i do the compressor then i dont want it to fail on me when i need it. what should i use?

if your worried about one or the other failing i would worry about nitrogen more. chances are you will get switch happy and blow through a tank and be stranded with out any air. If i were you i would get an edc and rock that because its better then both.

do both, i run a nitrogen tanka nd have vi air 450 to fill the 5 gal if i ever run into trouble with the nitro. worked great for a long time.

For a daily driver just use compressors. I run two Viair 450s everyday for 10 gallons. Never out of air, run them past 150psi, and never any problems. Also I don' use a pressure switch, they're wired through a heavy duty toggle swtich so I don't have to worry about anything. Turn them on when I need to, shut them off whenever.

^ you still need a relay or a solenoid, wiring them directly through a switch is asking for an electrical fire because the total amp draw on those is like 50.

dude go both.. btw, can somebody tell me where i can get a setup with a regulator and brackets? 4 cheap

deff do the edc!!! its the best of both worlds. fast air and the durablilty. its a little bit more to get going than a viair, but itll last a lot longer if u take care of it

i'm' with the other guys, run both. that way you have a backup in case one fails. I also have a schrader valve in case both my comps fry so i can fill it at a gas station if i need to, or even with a 12 volt mini compressor from wal mart.

do both thats what i have its awsome if i run out of nitrogen i have my viar 450 with a 5 gallon tank for back up be safe. If u cant aford both get a compressor first then nitrogen ok
