26" wheel bicycles

Hey I am looking for the contact information for the guy that makes the custom 26" wheel bicycles. Supposedly they are show cased in the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, but I believe the guy is out of Cali. If any one knows how to get a hold of him please let me know.-rj
