not gonna read all that but.......here in GA if you are pulled into private property before he cuts his lights on then they cant do nothing.......i guarantee you he wrote the rode that your driveway is on on the ticket rather than put your very on private driveway! You can get out of it. Its like for instance, in your front yard in your vehicle cutting donuts in the grass.....can he say anything then......no.....same principle.

Too late now but you should have said , you have a dash can right? Well they can play that in court and see how you were tailgating me for thre miles waiting for me to do something wrong! You should fight it, he probably won't even show up, if he does use the whole dash cam idea.

Exactly what I was going to say. Fight it, the cop won't even show up, and it will more than likely get dropped.

Nah he actually wrote on the ticket "Careless Driving, subject turned into drive & spun tires"
i think it says subject, oh well i can make out the rest of it

yeah thats true, they kick on with the blue lights and i am going to use that to my advantage because if they watch the tape then they will see the lights kick on with nobody in front of him, then his car backing up, then him pull into my driveway and they'll see me and my buddy standing around getting ready to go into the garage.

same thing happened to me in highschool i was pull'n in my friends driveway and layed it out and drug in his driveway and a cop seen the sparks and pulled in there and told me he could give me a ticket but let me go with a worning
