STS Performance

I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with this company? For me it started the beginning of may when I ordered a header for my 2.2l from them. I called and talked to someone on the phone about it asking a few things before i bought it. I was happy with what i heard and told him i was gonna go order it online so i could use paypal. I ordered the ceramic coated one which was like $308 total and expected it in a week or two since he didnt say anything on the phone about it being backordered. Well after about three weeks of waiting for it i called them and found out that it had been on backorder since i ordered mine and he claimed i would get it in a week. So i called in a week when i hadnt got it and he told me another week. Well now that over a month had gone by of me waiting for the only part i needed to get my truck on the road i was pretty pissed. So i called yet again and had him change my order the the non ceramic coated on and ship it next day air. Finnaly the next day it actually came so i was happy. But now more problems arose since they now owed me $80 ( the difference in price) which was supposed to be refunded right away to my paypal. Here i sit today mid july still with no refund of my money!!!
