5 lug conversion??

I was lookin for some help, cause i want to put a five lug conversion on my isuzu pup, and i was wonderin what it takes to do this, and what i would need. I was lookin in to usin like a toyota pattern but im not sure. SO if anyone can put me in the right direction id appreciate it.

I do 5lug conversions, give me a yell if I can be of assistance. $210 shipped for just the front, or $450 shipped for front and rear with all new studs installed. That is a price redrilling your hubs, axles, and drums....John
