yeah pretty sure that the escalayed is not layed out on a BODY KIT..but rather on the rockers with factory running boards REMOVED

hell with what people say man I used to have a 88 Ford Ranger GT loved that damn truck if you go on Ranger Power Sports site theres some on there. I know a guy in GA that has 3 of them he has mine drove up here and bought it.. yes they are rare and keep the kit

I guess to me when I think of body kit I think of some big ground effect setup.

Like your mustang or that escalade above, the ranger this thread started out about, and extreemes have ground effects, i.e. body kits to help with wind or what ever. You know cuz when your barrelling down the road in your extreeme you want to keep it on the road.

The "kit" that you refer to on Escalades is just side trim it in not meant for any other purpose but to change the body line and look "good"
