Need help with brakes

I need some help with my brakes on my 93 b2600i, the pedal goes to the floor when i press the brakes, the truck stops, but i have to put the pedal to floor, and it doesnt come to a quick stop, it jsut kinda slows gradually, i have rplaced the master cylinder and brake booster and bled the brakes, and the brake pads are good, but im lost, any help would be great

does it leak fluid anywhere? sounds like there may be air in the brake system.

i guess i keep trying it, we ble them and bled them, but i guess there is still air in them, thasnk for the responses

how did u bleed the master when u put it in? make sure theres no air in the master before anything? if so try bench bleeding master cyl

maybe ill try that then, we bench tested the master to make sure fluid was going through it, but never bled it, i guess ill try that, thanks
