A while back there was a thread talking about how slow sd.com was and how they got too big too fast. Well i just finished my truck after 7 months and i blew a bag because of a "bad batch" so i realized i wanted to upgrade all of my bags.i sent the blown ones back to airlift and a compressor and 2 bags back to sd.com. here's the funny part. I called after i found out they were received and told the guy dave that I had my first custom truck ready and i was unfortunately having to wait on the bags to get swapped out. He got the bags to my doorstep in less than 24 hours. How cool is that? i'd love to talk to anyone who says they are slipping.if anything they are getting better. i had the same thing happen at airlift. i was talking shit about airlift cause i blew their bag....but they took care of me and made me a client for life. isn't it just better if we all work together....my airlift bags will be here tomorrow....2 GREAT companies...anyone else have anything similar happen?

i ordered a carrier bearing crossmember from sd 2 years ago, i ordered it the beginning of may, and called about a week after i ordered it, talked to dave (i think) and told him i needed it for showfest may 15, he told me no prob, it was on my door 2 days later, and he said they were backed up. I also talked to jason at the show, and he hooked me up with some gauges. I've made 3 $100 or more orders from them in the couple of months, and so far i have absolutely no complaints. Keep it up, guys!!!

SD has always been good to me.. i've never had a problem

Kris is the man. I've ordered over $4000 worth of shit over the past 3 years and even the heavy shit has been at least a week ahead of when they said. I don't care what anybody says SSD is a great company.

i ordered a crossmember and some bags on a friday and called back on a tuesday to order somore stuff, and that is when he decided to tell me my payment did not go through. he could have atleast called me that friday to tell me that i was not gonna get the stuff i had been waiting on

never ordered from them obviously but ive heard good and bad, everyone has a good or bad expericen and they all usually seem to start a thread about it. glad you guys are happy, or sad. lol

No doubt they rock, I just ordered some stuff from them and it came in quickly, although my air tank came in banged up, I emailed Kris, told him what was up, he calls and we talk about it. Few days later I get a new tank, no questions asked even though the shipping issue wasnt even their problem really. I feel like I owe them something.
