Man, all you guys complaining about getting 2k square foot places for under $200,000 make me sick!!! lol...

I am looking at moving outta my house and getting engaged. I can't even find a 1500 square foot town house without a garage for $225,000. Baltimore/DC/Metro area real estate is fucking ridiculous!

2,000sqft for under 200k you guys are lucky
my friends place is 950sqft and he got it for $187,000. our condo is just shy of 1800sqft and is now going for over half a mill. gotta love South west Florida.

theres a house next to mine thas 2600 square feet on an acre for 625k and the house to the right of me is 3000 sf and its going for 800k
