my friend did my air struts now he is in prison so now i want it off but dont know jack about suspension work what do i need to turn this back to stock or coilover please help thanx and yes i know im a dumbass

the reason for this is my ride rides like crap if you can tell me what i can do to fix the crappy ride let me know thanx
