popper wont pop??

Do you have the popper connected directly to the door handle rod? If so the return spring on the door handle will prevent the door from opening when the door is closed.

can you hear the popper try to work?

the pass door hooked up the same way and it works fine

i can hear the brain that came with the kit click the relay off and on but to pop the popper ive got to open the door
