popper wont pop??

ive got a protocol popper kit, the driver door does not pop when the door is closed but open the door and it has no problem? ive changed out the power wire and still does the same thing. any one had this problem and how did you fix it?

maybe u need a new solenoid? i had to replace mine...how old are they?

a month or so, just bought them from suicidedoors

probably a ground problem, check that first

either that or your power wire is pinched in the doorjamb

I thought it was gettin pinchedin the doorjamb but took all wires and rubberhose wires go threw and just had the popper power wire running threw the jamb with lots of sslack and still the same thing?

Is the popper activating at all, or ?
get the test light out and check for voltage on that wire with the door shut, and then at the popper itself

yes the popper has no problem working when the door is open and when i installed them they worked fine.

hmmmm... I say grounding problem. like when the door closes it grounds. if the popper is ground to the door try grounding it some were else in the cab.

the popper grounds to the door when i bolt the popper to the bracket bolted to the door, has one wire coming out of it(power)
