so ive got some 6" or 6.5" speakers I wanna toss into the beater mazda cause I got nothing in there right now... are you guys putting them in the doors? you gotta make spacers I assume other wise the window hits when rolled down...

most stereo shops carry plastic 1" spacers for 6.5s for less than 15 bucks- and they look a lot better than just having mdf rings hanging off your doors!
With a 1-piece window and normal-depth 6.5s, you'll need the spacer for sure.
Or, just don't roll the windows down all the way!
