2 tanks 2 guages?

Quick questionI am running 2 compressors with 2 tanks but I was only sold 1 pressure gauge and one pressure switch for the system.I was told to join the tanks together as one.What are your opinions on this matter?Thanks

thats what i had on my mazda, 2 viair 480's and one pressure switch and 2 3 gal tanks. to hook the compressors up, you just hook 2 relays up, then the trigger wire comming off of the pressure switch went to both my relays. for the tanks, just hook them together.

that'd work fine , common to see setups done that way.

ditto what jp sed. just hook them together, run the gauge. i have my compressors run to a solenoid, though, much easier to install for me, i don't know dick about relays.
