Not as old school as some of you but the truck that really got me into it was First Strike...dont know what it was so different to me like nothing i had ever seen.

I have always been into cars in some way.
Back in 91 or 2 my cousin from Cali had a pimped out escort...nothin crazy but it really tweaked my interest from muscle cars to cool shit.
Then in 93 I went out for his wedding and he had a new wagon layed out on hydros.
He was a manager at Save on at the time and he payed a customer 20bux to swap taillight lens from there merc. LOL
He also showed me video from one of the river runs and there was a red bded mazda on paths. and was dragging. Sickest fucking thing I had ever seen and that sound.
It was on from there

damn, where are the real old trucks? all i know it was a 720 had to have one. so now ive had 3 and now have a 620. just so you know i have the very first MT from summer 88. its funny when i show it to people, they are like WTF. its called old skool now..

If anyone in California knows a guy named Dave who had a slammed 85-88 toyota with porsche wheels in 1989 and was in the Navy breifly in the fall of that year, I would really like to thank him. He showed me my first copy of minitruckin at a train station in Chicago while on leave.
I saw Mike Finnegan's truck featured in Minitruckin about 12-13 years ago. It was a 96 or 97 taco
uhhhh... 2006 - 12 = 1994.... -13 = 1993...
I'm pretty sure Finnegans tacoma was featured in 2002... so 4 years ago? Maybe it just feels like 12-13...

This is the truck that really made me want to get rolling and buy a truck especially a yota,but Mini truckin magazine is what made me want to buy a truck and do shit...
