i guess the same guy to make his truck look dumb because he has bubbles on the top of his fenders just to fit his wheels, but then again these days who knows someone somehow can make them go under stock metal

I dont see any hubs or suspension behind those wheels, looks like a 22 just stuck up under the fender.
