valve issues

today i oiled my valves alil. one was stickn when i dumped the front one would stick alil. so i figured they need alil oil. so i took them apart cleaned em and put some oil in the line lifted dumped a few times. on the outside where the black box slides over the cylinder which engages the valve i put alil dielectric (spelling???) grease on it since it seemed dry and dusty figured it owuldnt hurt. but now when i lift the front one side lifts more than the other.alot more and quicker so one is either stickin open? or one isnt opening all the way? any idea what to do?? maybe its the grease? i donno i cant figure it out
