2.3 - 2.6 engines

can I put a 2.3 head and intake on a 2.6 block? I want to keep the 2.6 block and swap to a weber car and loose the computer???

You can't swap heads It will run but then when the motor gets on a pull it will crack the pistons. Valves hit. You might clear with like a .010 shim Gasket but I don't I would try it.


But you can put the 2.3 intake on the 2.6 head I have done that and placed the 2.6 intake on a 2.3 and MPFI the 2.3
