HELP.. LED WIRING

IS THERE A WAY TO WIRE A 2WIRE LED TO WORK AS PARKING LIGHT AND STOP LIGHT? LIKE WITH A RESISTOR TO DIM THE PARKING LIGHT AND WHEN U HIT THE BRAKES ITLL GET FULL POWER OR SOMEWAY TO FEED BOTH WIRES TO THE LED AND CREATE 2 STAGES?? 1 WIRE HAS TO BE GROUND I WOULD IMAGINE. IM LOST SO ANY HEP WOULD BE GREAT!

FBI mini Tac module

I have the FBI Tac-Module and it works for the parking lights and brakes lights just fine. Not so much for the turn signals but....

Im runnin the FBI tac...everything works great.
I would go and hardware store rezister it...might burn to the ground.
