swapping motors in jetskis

ive got a 3 seater waverunner that has no motor in it. question is. someone said to me hey you could put like a hyabusa (think thats how its spelled) in there. i dont know much bout motorcycles. but would something like that be possible to do? can a streetbike motor be coverted to water cooled? im wondering if this guy is just an idiot or if that could be a possibility. im sure it would be same in price as just buying a rebuilt waverunner motor.

well there are alot of street bikes that are water cooled these days, hell kawasaki basicly uses a nija motor in there sxt models
