check out my taillights

he's probably using the impala lights because they're leds while the grand am lights are not.

I have a grand am like that. It is a solid light, you would have to use the lenses and put leds behind them to have a brake, running light and turn signal.

good looking work, the impala 3rd brake light look cool. are those lights a 2 wire hook up? if so your going to have to get some kind of converter to have the signal/day time/brake in 1 light...

yeah a resistor will do it they are like 70 bucs to buy or if your tricky you can make one.

since when is a 3 ohm resistor 70 bucks?

thanks for the comments! i am going to use the custom classic resistor pack thingy. but i haven't gotten that far. i have to call around to some salvage yards to get the lights, i want new ones so it looks better but i need the connector and a few feet of wire attached. i got each grand am gate for $20 by the way, i kinda got hooked up lol

by the way i'll post new pics when i get the lights, this weekend or next. i have to prime the bed sides and get the lights mounted. then i'll get some on the truck pics
