kinda of a old post but here you go its on air cylinders and its aluminum

so does anyone know what kind of hinges you would use if you made your own. something simple...

im guessin you could use any kind of hinge. id go with ones that hold up a hood or a rear hatch. but ita ll depends on how long you want them too.
