OK, here's the deal. I've refunded a few that asked. That is an available option for you. The shirts were supposedly shipping to me last Fri or today. I'll ship them immediately when I get them.

You are all correct, I tried to sell shirts that weren't finished, although they were listed pre-order. I switched companies last minute, from a reliable/fast company to a friend's business. Keep it in the MT family right? Well that turned out to be a bad decision on my part, because the $$ I saved was countered by bad service. I'm not happy with the sevice I provided, but it was out of my hands. I've learned and grown in the process. This is not a situation I will find myself in again.

On a side note, I don't spend a lot of time on SSM forums. You guys should contact me on myspace or preferably at cv@concretevideo.com. I can't answer questions that I don't know are being asked. I only knew to post in here now since I happened to see this in the top 10.

a final note: I'm not BYC or SSM shirts. I got burned. I'm doing what I can to get these out without ruining my reputation or friendships. I'm one dude, with a full-time job, a video company, and my first kid on the way. I can't do it all. I've decided not to dabble in video for a bit until my family situation is in order. That's the most important thing in my life. I haven't shot much of anything this year. I'll be at Carlisle and Indy with the booth, and SEMA if anyone wants to kick it. Hopefully by next spring I'll be back in full swing.

I'll try to update on the shirts soon.
