Looking to Make some door panels

My old door panels are looking like crap and I was thinking of making some new panels it doesn't look too hard its on a B2200 so its just a flat rectangle made out of this board stuff i think its called Hardboard or something like that I measured it and its only 1/16" thick the thinnest I have been able to find is 1/8" thick I just need to know where you guys get board that thin?

yea I know but I kinda wanted them to still be removeable in case I ever had to replace glass or anything inside the door

Sheetmetal doesnt have to be welded on.

any wood supply store will have it.

Take your old door panels and strip all the stuff off the front side, then spray glue a piece of sheetmetal to the front. That way you end up with a new flat smooth surface on the front, and you still have all those little plastic clips on the back so the panels are still fully removable.
