$600 in gas?!?! For Real? I drive from Dallas to Kentucky and back once a week with a trailer and It costs me $300-350 round trip each time.

im 6 hours away and it shouldnt take but 180 or so to make it there and back.

but i love being close to scrapin and showfest and relatively close to blood drag and gator drag.

im drivin a crew cab dually from iowa to austin like 17 hours if you want to go bad enough you will pay for it

we paid 100$ and that was 6 hours round trip...I live in oklahoma though gas might be a little cheaper here than other places...im going to dustoff,that is a 10 hour drive round trip,we will see how that goes

I just got home from Meltdown, we took the Trailblazer from Tulsa Ok to New Braunfels/San Antonio TX Our car was totally loaded down with my booth stuff, it cost us 170.00 for a 1200 mile round trip. I also still have a 1/2 tank left.

well, it all comes down to how bad do you wanna go.. us east coast folks, might have more if we decide to go to heat wave, so be lucky your still in texas...

just drive it forget the trailer,,,, what fun is it to build a ride your scared to drive??? but yea gas has discouraged me from going to some shows but i only get 8 to ten miles a gal when im not pulling a trailer

yeah, i'm lost on the $600 too... at 15 mpg that's about 3000 miles roughly... i think you can pretty much go from maine to cali with that much gas!

On a side note though, my name is Jason Nichols too... that kinda weirds me out a bit, what are the odds of that???
