my mom wants to know....

OK guys, my mom is really into mini-truckin and all. She threw her first sparks the other night for her first time. She got to ride with a fellow ACRO member while he was draggin. Anyhow, she loves going to shows and all, so she wants to see if she could make any money while going..

I know that piercing and tattoos are kind of part of the mini- lifestyle. She is a licensed piercer in GA. She was curious if there was money in this as far as going to shows go. Would there be any kind of money making abilities to setting up a booth at some of the bigger shows and doing piercing while at the show.

If any of you guys think it's possible, let me know what kinds of stuff and what kinds of sizes would be good to use..

I told her just to start out with some basic horseshow rings, in a variety of sizes like 18-10 guage, and take along some captive rings and such. She uses god sterile needles. Brand new needle everytime, but just curious. She has been hassleing me about posting this on here since we went to Lay'd Out. That was er first big show and she got the idea after seeing all the guys and girls with lips pierced and big rings in their ears..

about the tattoo and piercing, i'd say definitely. a lot of people get them all the time, why not at a show? got any tattoo work that she's done on the web?

i think the only problem shes gonna run into is that it has to be a totally steril area, i know in WA it has to be in a seperate building. if they did it outside they would get huge ass fines or get shut down. but thats just WA

my mom likes draggin she thinks its the coolest. she goes with us on occasion when I have little drags out by my house.... be hard to be in the sport if she didnt encourage me hehe. my dad hates it but hes a fuckin squar... deal with it old man hehe

Tattooing would be badace too, even tho im not 18 and i couldnt get anything done haha...

There was a guy that had a little trailer at slamsession this past weekend. He did piercings and some tattoo's at the show. I know for a fact that he had at least one customer cuz this chick showed everyone her new piercing. I'l let you use your imagination.

I think people would go for it. I couldn't legally get a tattoo.
I remember there being like some temp tattoos and Danger Zone and people were getting them. At least I heard they were. I didnt see th ebooth.

well she don't do ink. i am about to invest in the equipment and start doing ink though. She just does piercing. She is goign to be pulling my travel trailor to do it out of instead of just a regular tent and booth, but hopefully she can do some good with it. And once I get good at doing INK, I maybe would be interested in doing it at shows also, it's just there are more rules and laws that go with ink than there are putting holes in folks.
