umm i dont want a flat ring for a steering wheel. they are round tube.

Put a round over bit on the router and hit both sides.

so you are talking like a 15 x 15 1" thick slab of aluminum or something? I dont think i'd go that route.

Call up Bad or Kaik...they might be able to help you out... Im sure it will cost you though

Or you could do what Josh Freeman did and just grab a ring off a bar stool...not stainless or al. but hey it was a suggestion.

Aight just tryin to help. Do that shit all the time. Go to Kicker.com and look at the Crossfire in the company vehicles gallery. The claws in the back of it were done like that. We did that and that shits like 2". All on the router. But whatever.

just bend two pieces of round stock and weld em together, or cut a thick round piece of wood the size you want ur steeering wheel to be and heat up round tube around it and you will have a round hoop.....
