HELP! s-10 gas tank HELP!

i just went outside today to do some work on my dime and i started it to check my new gauges it was fine then i put my dash back together and went to get food and it would not start when i turn the key on i cant hear the fuel pump buzzing like it ussually does. ive been going over it all morning and i have no idea if u have any ideas for me please post them because i done feel like pulling the tank and $300 out of my wallet. thanks mike...

theres a ground in the rear of the frame on driverside check that out, fuel pump relay thats under the hood in the fuse box. Might want to take bed off to check if the plug to the pump is loose or something and with a test light check to see any power goes to the plug.....

hay thanks for the help i was using my impact gun on the bolts for the strap and for the hell of it i tried to turn the key on and it worked it must have had a peice of dirt caught in it or something so iam going to drag it right now thanks mike...
