a sawzall is badass, but i wouldnt trade my plasma for 100 of em ;x
......
^ aint that the truth, getting a plasma cutter has made me lazy
We havent picked up the sawzall since we got a plasma at the shop. Between that and a grinder with a super thin cutting wheel we do pretty much everything.
Got a Ryobi 18 volt cordless. For a battery operated saw this thing kicks ass. It runs a long time for a cordless.
Yea, I use a cut off wheel for a lot of things. Wish I had a plasma, but I'd rather do things the hard way and have a nice welder.
And I've been wanting a cordless sawzall for a while. Been wanting ot go to the pick-npull to cut some stuff off other trucks.

Yeah i always have to barrow Phills cordless... how you think i got the extra roof for my Chop Top... Pick n Pull for 50bucks!!! Took 4 batteries to get it off though lol.
Thats awesome! I need to cut some tail light housings off of a Toyota at Pick-N-Pull. Will make my light swap easier.
i have like 6 of em now.
Dewalt corded and cordless, 2 ryobi cordless, and 2 miluwakee corded. My dad always gets them in the close out toop packages for dirty cheap and we use them all the time from cutting metal to working on the house or doing framing. In some cases i like then better then a plasma.
I use a Porter Cable that rotates 360 and 180 in another spot.
i got a harbor freight one and its still goin....im sure itll blow up eventually and cause an electrical fire....oh well...its still fun.
