Wondering how hard it would be to put shocks on the front of a bagged mighty max. I was thinking it might work in front between the frame and the tensioner rod/strut rod. Any body have this done or seen this done. Thanks.

cool. I thought about putting them on the sway bar too a while back. I've never seen a mitsu done with cups like that dude. I always cut the spring tower in half where the housing is welded to the shock tower/c arm mount, then cut out the inside where the spring sits. Then I lay a plate across there horizontally and one vertically against the frame then put fat gussets. You can get a 7 inch bag in there like that!

I get enough lift that I will be able to clear the 20s with the body drop. That is all that is needed. We just tried to keep as much metal up front as possible. I have seen people do it that way hnd have cut to much out and the mounts ripped.

yeah, ive seen people do it and it ripped also, but they didnt gusset it right. A 7 is overkill as far as lift goes but out here in fresno people LOVE to hop. Ive built 4 mitz's like that and they havent broke yet
