A buddy of mine said he saw a NC truck with Oregon plates in Salem, Or last night. Did you guys start up a new chapter here? Just curious

yeah i was driving around in salem last night with some buddies of mine and we saw and orange full size. so we stopped and went over to look at it and on the back window in the corner it had a little NC sticker on it. just wondering if u guys have a chapter here. the truck had oregon plates.
