I recently installed a roll pan on a Dodge Dakota from Cando. Since I though this was the case I didn't mind it being bent not quite right,having to cut the plate that goes inside the tailgate jamb and shorten it up a lot b/c it stuck out too far.

Interesting! My rollpan came indirectly from grant too, bought it off ebay from IF Customs.... Had the same issue, needed to shorten that mount point by a half inch... kinda a pain in the ass to be honest, but the pan itself was pretty nice still!

I would be more willing to beleive that your beside is wrong rather then a grant product. haha. but seriously call them and they will take care of you.

Any custom made part is gonna be a lil off when it isnt made and fit to the particular vehicle its goin on , they use templates and we all know every vehicle that leaves the facoty arent exactly the same. I use a good bit of grant's stuff and it is by far the best fitting product out there usually just a lil trim here and there and the stuff fits perfect....

yeah we ended up cuttin g the stepshavers up a bit and had to make some fillers but we got em to work
