Painted Dash in an 89 GT

lol u guys are hilarious... So what's a plastic promotor?

it promotes adhesion to the plastic so urethane paints/primers will stick.

Any idea where I could go to find something like that? I live in Canada, and it might be a little harder for me to get some of this stuff....
