Dander Zone 2006 & Spring Fling 2006

I was writing in regards to tomorrow's show held in Visalia, CA at Mooney Grove Park. Is the show rain or shine? Outdoors only? Any booth's? Also, I heard that Reaper Customs is holding their first annual car, truck, and bike show on 3/9/06. Has anyone pre-registered or considering attending either event.
