The guy thats owns it (Dave) is a friend of mine. He IS a perfectionist so you can be sure it will be right when it is done. His wife recently had a baby so he has had to slow down progress of the truck. Last I heard, he was done chopping it up and was ready to start on the bodywork. Ol' boy does all his own work even though he is rich as hell. Dude got a 3 story house, a Benz and an Escalade. Just bought an 06 Fullsize Chevy too. When you gonna start cutting that one Dave? ;)

yea bro but with how low he cut that truck and how much he had to tub that rear door jam it would be impossible to get a suicide hinge in there evenly. this truck has a sick body drop. i can't wait to see it finished.

I have been looking for info on this thing. I thought for sure at the rate he was working starting out that it would have appeared in the show scene by now.
I can't wait to see it. I have seen pics of some finished but not slammed.

I WANTED TO SOMETHING SIMULAR TO THIS A FEW YEARS AGO WITH A 2-DOOR. I WAS JUST GOING TO REMOVE THE REAR SIDE GLASS AND ROOF, MOVE THE REAR HATCH FORWARD, AND BUILD A MIDGATE THAT FOLDED INTO THE CAB. I AM SURE IT IS MUCH HARDER THAN IT SOUNDS. I NEVER THOUGHT OF USING A 4-DOOR, LOOKS BADASS!
