I stopped thinking about that problem YEARS ago........ My problem now is where to find TIME to get any personal projects done at all! I am so busy with running the shop and managing the builds on customer's projects I can't think straight! I have been trying to work on a certain project for several months now and haven't gotten anything done other than pulling it into the shop.....

if you cant do it yourself, take the time to research people, products, etc. you dont have to be sponsered to build a nice ride. having friends that KNOW what they are doing helps. just take your time. it took 4 years to get my honda the way i liked it. dont get discouraged by those who can build a ride over night it seems.
Stay in school, make smart investments, dont settle for a 5.50/hr job. people will pay you what you are worth. i know a guy making 32k at mcdonalds. he just grinds like a dope addict

Work your tail off all week, do the work yourself, charge people to do work on there rides, sale stuff on ebay. Work two jobs if it means that much to you.

ebay is where i make a lot of money just go through your house and garage and you can sell any old thing.

I sell little bikes, and send out frames and parts. I'm also a high school student, without a lot of bills. But I get through and still have money to throw at my truck.

being in high school helps
no rent, but still insurance, gas, original cost of the truck, parts, if anything goes wrong, etc.
i got a job at an upscale restaurant. it helps alot.
