Im under the assumption I used too much pressure and like homie said it expanded. I am switching tanks. I had no pressure switch for the longest and I let it tac out my 300psi gauge, so I am sure it was 400+. So what do we learn...
If your gonna smoke the sticky icky... get a pressure switchy.

Can I ask why you have a tank in your reg cab truck pushing 300-350 psi when they are rated at nowhere near that? You are riding around with a bomb in your cab basically. Chances are nothing would happen, but how hard is it to put it on the frame or in the box at least.

I had an air setup on my old mazda that did that exact same thing. made that noise the very first time I lifted it after I got the bags hooked up, and never stopped. I tried a hundred different things, and nothing seemed to get rid of it. good luck man

Well there wasnt any intention letting it tac out at that high..
My Valves are E 470 psi (first batch) I am sure they are not the greatest and thats why they were a deal through SD.com I am switching tanks and valves and we will see..
And yes, I will move the tank out of the cab.
