Siwtches and Nickle Plated Fittings

Where can i find switches like these....Also i was wanting to run nickle plated fittings but i can only find them as push-in fittings. Will the push in's do good i dont understand how the line holds onto the fitting unless u used water hose clamps and i dont like that. If they are worth a shit tho, where could i find them without ordering? .Thanks.
