heck yea thats what its all about bro
Another brother taking one for the team.
CAN I GET A HELL YA
Yeah, but I don't get something....and it could possibly be a loophole out of the ticket....it says DAMAGING HIGHWAY/DRAGGING VEHICLE, but then under PROPERTY DAMAGE it's checked NO? How can they say that you didn't damage state/county property, when you were cited for damaging highway? LOL

The Property Damage box is referring to the TRAFFIC CRASH box next to it... If there is a Traffic Crash, they want to know if there was property damage (tree, pole, house, etc) or just a vehicle vs. vehicle...
Gotcha. Just wondered, because I know that you can actually have property damage, without being in an accident, so wasn't sure why it wouldn't have been checked. But that makes perfect since that they would all be tied in together. Thanks.
That will be $350 drag thru please.

How can you have property damage without being in an accident? The only way to get a Florida UTC (Uniform Traffic Citation) is to be in a motor vehicle or in possession of a suspended DL, etc.
You can have property damage without being in a vehicle but you dont get a ticket for that...
