eclipse sub fell apart

i was wondering if anyone has any insight on this, the part that screws into the basket on my eclipse titanium 15 got unglued i guess to the magnet, and well, the magnet just fell off one day, i tried to glue it back on, and it worked, except that one side was just a little higher than the other, so it didn't go down evenly, and so when the cone moved up and down, it rubbed, anyways, here is a couple pics of what i am talking about, just wondering if anyone can help me out on what to do, i already went to dealers, and called eclipse, i have yet to get any help.....

I did the same thing to a pair of w6's in 99 but jl replaced them free of charge.Said it was a recall on parts.
